Couldn’t ask for a better place. I come to Tulum frequently and I found my new place to stay. Awesome vibe here. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Nice hot water in the shower, which isn’t a guarantee wherever you stay here. A wonderful yard area to relax and enjoy.
Lurdes is the heart of the place. Very warming and friendly, it's a pleasure to talk with her. The breakfast is good and there are bikes for the guests. The beds are very comfortable and the room us spacious and clean (albeit it can be a bit hot)
The rooms are nice and clean, the owner Josué is really friendly and solicitous. The location is great, in the center of Tulum.
I have never met people so kind in my life!! The Lady, Claudia, was the creme a la creme, very helpful and with great energy. Also, her husband is a great guy who helped us with anything. The rooms are superb, The accommodation is superb, and they made us feel like part of the family during our long-term stay. They have cats and dogs, are very friendly and cute, and have a big garden where you can chill whenever you want. The internet is perfect, and also you have a co-working room at the entrance. I wish I could stay forever at their place
Came here for a week and today 22nd March 2023 was the lady's birthday ,that owns the complex invited us to her birthday party in her garden as we are staying in one of the apartments, her, friends and family and the people in the other apartments were very friendly ,the apartments are very clean and close to all shop's and lots of restaurants and street food wagons (there very tasty and cheap aswell ) also free WiFi
I had an amazing long-term stay at Villa Matisse, an Airbnb managed by Claudia and Josue. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel like part of the family during my long-term stay, always ready to assist with any request. The location is superb; very centric area close to numerous bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. This made it easy to explore the local scene. The internet here is excellent, which was important for my work. I rarely had any connectivity issues. Plus, a bonus for remote workers like me, there's a small co-working area available! The studios are incredibly cozy and well-furnished. Perfect for a comfortable stay. In short, Villa Matisse is a hidden gem. Claudia and Josue's warm hospitality, great location, dependable internet, and comfortable rooms make it an excellent choice for a long and short-term stay. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic place to stay. Thank you, Claudia and Josue, for making my Airbnb experience so memorable!
